This position is primarily on-site in Bloomington, MN, or Western, WI, but remote options are available for candidates living in MN, WI, ND, SD, or IA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct manual QA testing to support our Data Operations team in Health Plans.

Collaborate with the team to identify and implement automation tools to improve testing processes.

Transition from manual to automation and regression testing.

Contribute to the modernization effort of a longstanding application.

Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Document and track software defects while collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Essential Soft Skills

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Experience Requirements

5-10 years of QA Testing experience.

3-5+ years of experience in Automation testing (familiarity with UI Path, Selenium, or similar tools).

3-5+ years of experience in Regression testing.

Experience in testing custom applications and third-party integrations.

Education Preferences

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications in QA or software testing are a plus.
