A fast-growing, well-established solar company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee its high-performing sales teams in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support an experienced team of solar sales professionals across LA and OC.
- Conduct occasional ride-alongs to coach and reinforce sales best practices.
- Deliver structured training programs focused onPPA sales techniques and conversion strategies.
- Analyze team KPIs, implement performance-boosting tactics, and uphold sales standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to scale and strengthen the team.
- Drive cross-selling across all product categories to increase revenue per appointment.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the sales process.
