  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical and cultural requirements for various entry-to-mid level roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and introductory phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Clearly articulate Moss's value proposition, culture, and benefits to a wide range of candidate profiles, from field staff to office professionals
  • Manage heavy interview coordination, including scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews between candidates and multidisciplinary hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and real-time status updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist candidates with the application and onboarding paperwork process as needed
  • Support the team in building diverse talent pipelines through university outreach, military/veteran programs, and industry-specific networking
  • Help coordinate and represent Moss at career fairs, industry events, and internal hiring initiatives
  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the lifecycle of the hiring process
  • Handle confidential personnel information and sensitive candidate data with the highest level of professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by your Senior Recruiter to build expertise in full-cycle recruiting
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Talent Acquisition department

Education And Work Experience

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and candidates across different departments
  • Versatile communication style, comfortable speaking with field-based operations staff as well as corporate accounting and office professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and process consistency
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of an experienced recruiting professional

  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality, professional ethics, and sound judgment
  • Works cooperatively with others and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • 02 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or a high-volume professional environment
  • Prior experience in or exposure to the Construction, Renewable Energy, or Professional Services industries is a plus
