PRIMARY FUNCTION :
Harmon Electric is seeking a motivated Commercial Solar Installer. As an Installer, you will be primarily responsible for installation of solar panels, racking, conduit, and wire for commercial solar projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Layout, assembly, and installation of solar array and mounting hardware
- Pipe bending, wire pulling, running conduit
- Assist with electrical wiring of energy products.
- Prepare and clean up the job site.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Ability to remember and follow instructions
- Demonstrated concern for safety and adherence to all company policies while promoting them to others
- Self-motivated, team player, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, proven attendance record, and mechanical aptitude
