Job Title : Lead Solar Installer and Technician

Location : Tampa Florida

Job Description :

We seek an experienced and skilled Lead Solar Installer who can also service Generac, Enphase, and SolarEdge systems. This position requires someone who understands all aspects of these systems and can also handle Franklin battery installations.

Responsibilities :

Install and service solar systems, including Generac, Enphase, and SolarEdge

Perform Franklin battery installations

Lead and manage a crew with minimal supervision

Ensure all installations and services meet high-quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Help grow our solar division with innovative ideas and proactive solutions

Requirements :

Proven experience with solar installations and servicing

Comprehensive understanding of Generac, Enphase, and SolarEdge systems

Experience with Franklin battery installations

Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong work ethic and reliability
