Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities from initial engagement through to solution design and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise, including solution design and product demonstrations, to support the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, including scoping, pricing, and solution design.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Represent HCL Software at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
