We are building an elite door-to-door solar sales team and looking for hungry producers who want to outwork others, earn what they're worth, and step into a high-skill, high-income field. No salary. No hourly. Earn based fully on performance. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will drive business growth and create lasting impressions.
Pay : $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
What you’ll do
- Canvas and engage homeowners face-to-face
- Set appointments and close deals using our proven process
- Educate homeowners on utility inflation and Solar savings
- Work independently and set goals for yours yourself
- Represent the brand with professionalism and urgency
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
