The focus includes system support, leading and influencing business teams, serialization trading partners, other supporting IT teams, and software suppliers in the global packaging space. Key deliverables and goals are met through solution development and implementation leadership with the ability to influence the Pharma Supply Chain business unit. Your key role will involve collaborating closely with Global Packaging and Serialization teams in understanding business requirements and seamlessly integrating solutions for their business processes. This will include configuration of the software, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting system tests, System Validation, and providing training and documentation to ensure efficient and compliant execution of serialization processes.
