This individual will organize and verify information, collaborate with Business Process Management (BSM) in the implementation of process improvements, develop and maintain project documents in order to fulfill the project management needs of the department. This position operates under the guidance of the leader and will collaborate in the design of process improvements for the Loan Solutions Product Department (LSPD) division in order to implement continuous process improvements to generate added efficiencies and quality results for the LSPD Division and our clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide coordination and support to project teams throughout process improvement activities in support of the Six Sigma project planning phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control
30% Work with Project Managers to test, track, measure and report the results of assumptions to prove or disprove theories related to project goals, potential cost savings and client service / employee benefits.
20% Organize and facilitate planning and project meetings, their invitations and agendas. Ensure that all equipment, Project Management tools and resources are ready for the timely start and finish for each meeting.
20% Conduct interviews and sessions with individuals to ensure that they are on task with their project assignment. Aid project members with obtaining necessary information to ensure that the project objectives are consistently met.
20% Document findings from project sessions for use by Business Process Management and Department Management
10% In support of continuous process improvement, develop control reports as project solutions are implemented into the work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma / GED required
- 3+ years in related project management administration position
- Understand department regulations and proper workflow
- Experience with analytical and problem solving skills
- Must use clear, concise and effective oral communication, accurately compose written materials, and be an active listener
- Willingness to assist employees, co-workers, management and division senior vice president as needed. Exhibit professional etiquette towards employees, co-workers, management, clients and their customers
- Must handle confidential information in a responsible manner
- Ability to prioritize, assign and organize work flow
- Adaptable to change and have ability to make independent decisions
- Outstanding MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Willingness to learn and use SmartSheet applications and present information
- Ability to travel
- Lead with Integrity. Demonstrate a leadership style that creates a positive working environment and remain calm during stressful and emotional situations
- Foster employee involvement and employee empowerment
- Ability to receive and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
