Role Overview :

We are seeking for an exceptional Clinical Senior Sales Solutions Engineer, someone deeply versed and genuinely passionate about virtual care delivery. In this vital position, you'll work directly under the guidance of our CEO and Founder. Your mission will be twofold : firstly, to illuminate and promote the sophisticated capabilities of hellocare's products and solutions within the healthcare industry, and secondly, to be an educational beacon to our internal go-to-market teams, enriching their understanding of our products' impact and potential in revolutionizing healthcare delivery. This role is not just a job, but a chance to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Key responsibilities :

• Helps customers introduce and demonstrate hellocare virtual care delivery platform to healthcare systems by working very close with our sales, clinical, product and delivery teams.
• Educate healthcare systems about the capabilities of hellocare solutions in the virtual care delivery.
• Create solutions that are appropriate for healthcare systems by leveraging different solutions of hellocare platform, tapping your own experience, and collaborating with product teams and healthcare systems.
• Work with customers to pinpoint the ideal solutions for their needs.
• Foster strong relationships with customer clinical and IT teams to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
• Collaborate with customer clinical and IT teams to gather their input on platform enhancements and features.
• Actively seek their feedback and suggestions to drive continuous improvement and tailor the platform to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, technologists, and administrators, to optimize telehealth operations and enhance patient care outcomes
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and evidence-based practices in telehealth. Explore opportunities for research and innovation to enhance telehealth nursing services and contribute to the advancement of the field virtual care delivery.
