As a Solutions Engineer III, you'll play a key role in building custom, scalable solutions that bridge the gap between media and technology, helping some of the world's most ambitious brands achieve their goals.

You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to improve internal products, create new features, and drive innovation. This isn't just about writing great code—it's about shaping the future of how technology enhances media strategy. What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure code quality and product output align with PMG's best practices and industry standards.
• Take full ownership of at least one high-impact project, leading it from concept to execution.
• Work directly with technical and cross-functional teams to enhance internal products and define requirements for new features.
• Contribute to the roadmap for custom solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Review pull requests (PRs) to maintain best practices, provide feedback, and offer technical guidance to teammates.
• Develop expertise in at least one media channel, serving as the bridge between media and technology to drive innovation.
• Proactively explore and introduce new technologies to solve challenges beyond the team's current knowledge base.
• Lead team brainstorms and knowledge-sharing sessions, helping shape and implement new ideas.
• Ship high-quality, unit-tested code in Python (or similar languages) while providing thoughtful feedback to others.
