About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Echo Tech in Brockton, Massachusetts, 02301!

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• ARDMS (RDMS) or CCI credentialing in echocardiography or equivalent national credential.
• Minimum 2 years of echo experience with transthoracic echocardiography and dobutamine stress echocardiography required.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, medical terminology, basic physics, biology, and anatomy.
• Experience performing preliminary echocardiographic measurements, summarizing diagnostic data, and communicating findings to managers or requesting physicians.
• Experience operating phono-apex cardiograms, imaging duplex and ultrasound equipment in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information.
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills appropriate to the patient population served preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, five 8-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation. AM day shift noted.
• Travel Job Type: Travel assignment.
