Job description
A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume sourcing initiatives with a focus on compliance and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent sourcing events, ensuring cost savings and supplier optimization
Facilitate compliant RFP processes from initiation through award, adhering to governance standards
Draft, review, and enhance Statements of Work (SOWs) to improve clarity and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading sourcing events and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of compliant RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and SOW development
Experience with sourcing and procurement tools such as Workday or Ariba
Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic reporting
Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships effectively
