We are currently seeking a SAP Sourcing/LE Consultant SAP Sourcing/LE Consultant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Senior SAP MM/WM/LE Funcitonal

The SAP Sourcing & Logistics Consultant will support a DPAS compliance enhancement project, ensuring SAP processes across sourcing, procurement, and logistics comply with Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements.

The consultant will analyze current-state processes, design and implement system enhancements, and ensure priority-rated orders (DO/DX) are properly captured, processed, and auditable across the SAP landscape. This role requires strong cross-functional integration knowledge and experience supporting regulated or defense-related environments.

Key Responsibilities
DPAS Compliance Enablement:
Analyze and enhance SAP processes to ensure compliance with DPAS regulations
Support implementation of controls for Priority-rated sales and purchase orders (DO/DX), Order prioritization and allocation logic, Compliance tracking and reporting.
Ensure traceability and auditability of DPAS-related transactions

Sourcing & Procurement (MM)
Enhance procurement processes to support DPAS requirements
Validate integration between procurement and downstream logistics processes

Logistics & Fulfillment
Ensure logistics execution processes support priority order fulfillment
Support integration between SD, MM, and warehouse processes to ensure correct processing of rated orders

Functional Design & Enhancements
Gather business and compliance requirements
Prepare functional design documents for system enhancements
Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
Validate end-to-end scenarios for compliance adherence
Support development of DPAS-related reports and monitoring tools
Ensure proper documentation of compliance controls
Support related enhancements within the broader SAP landscape

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years strong hands-on experience in SAP MM (Sourcing & Procurement) and Logistics Execution
2+ years Compliance / Regulated Environment Experience
2+ years experience supporting compliance-driven SAP enhancements
Familiarity with DPAS regulations (preferred) or other defense/regulatory frameworks
Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
ITAR requirement - US Citizen only.

Min/Required Qualification -
10+ Years of SAP MM (sourcing and procurement) and LE experience
2+ years Compliance / Regulated Environment Experience
2+ years experience supporting compliance-driven SAP enhancements
