The Sourcing Analyst will review and assess materials cost, cost reduction calculations, award tracking, key drivers and metrics to optimize the supply chain to best meet corporate and customer goals.Extract, analyze and report dataMaintain and report key material metricsSupplier interface as directedSupplier scorecard rollupSupplier RFQ requirements analysisCustomer focused supply chain performance analysisAttend meetings as requiredAML MFG code and MPN cleanupTracking of Corporate awards vs. Site executionTracking of site shortages / site escalationsContract Price Maintenance DatabaseWork with other OnCore functional teams to align customer goals and expectationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation / Learning ExperienceBA / BS or 5+ years of related supply chain experience.College Graduate with interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Business Major or equivalent, highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced, highly energetic supply chain management environment .Work ExperienceComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.Experience with electronics supply chain management practices preferred.Job Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust possess excellent data mining and analytical skillsMust be advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to create and work with formulas, vlookups, pivot tablesIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and knowledge of visual basic a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail oriented.Must be a team player and highly motivated.Benefits Offered : Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage; company-paid basic life / AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance; voluntary supplemental insurances, flexible spending accounts and employee assistance program (EAP).
