Job description
A company is looking for a Source Specialist to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and contracted services
Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contract development and renewals
Analyze purchasing data to identify efficiencies and present sourcing recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Preferred certifications include CPSM, CSCP, or CMRP
A minimum of three years' procurement / sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with automated systems, preferably COUPA
Demonstrated success in negotiation and influence skills
