Roles and Responsibilities

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible of the following :

• Plan and track RFQs to meet required timelines with discipline and accountability
• Complete gap analysis and total cost analysis on all quotes obtained
• Negotiate cost and lead-times with suppliers
• Leverage analytics and best practices to create process efficiencies
• Collaborate with strategic sourcing team on supplier roadmaps and strategies
• Identify, resolve, and expedite issues to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate with internal customers and external suppliers
• Assist in cost recovery for vendor-related quality / delivery issues
