As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role indeveloping and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improvesupplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will beaccountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating withcross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achievebusiness objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategicthinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization.

You will reportdirectly to our Senior DirectorProgram Management and you'll work out of our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield,CO locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role,you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcinginitiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practicesin procurement and supply chain management.
