About The Position

As Truvani's Raw Materials Sourcing Manager, you will lead our raw material supply chain operations while focusing on optimizing costs, onboarding new and managing existing supplier / manufacturer relationships, and ensuring supply quality, sustainability, and continuity. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have a reliable, cost-effective supply of high-quality, certified organic and natural raw materials to meet our production needs. This role is critical to our growth, as it ensures we have the right ingredients at the right price, while maintaining our high standards for quality, sustainability, and compliance. Our ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to build and manage supplier relationships while maintaining the integrity of Truvani's mission and values.

• Experience onboarding and managing suppliers and manufacturers
