Job Summary :
Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse applicants under occasional guidance. Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source external passive candidates using various resources and / or creative methods.
Source candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.
Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc.
Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent.
Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Documentation (Intermediate) : Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
Networking (Intermediate) : Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.
