Position Overview : Under limited supervision, manage daily aspects of the customer relationship while onsite within customer facility. Demonstrate exemplary service to each customer while helping them maintain optimum inventory. Work closely with cross-functional business partners to identify customer needs and deliver solutions. Reliable automotive transportation is a prerequisite to employment.

Responsibilities :

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Mechanical experience in measuring and identifying product, minimum 2 years customer service experience; proven customer service skills.
