We're looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager Pest Control to lead the creation, formulation, and production of our next generation of pest defense products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing or sourcing pest control formulationsespecially EPA 25(b) exempt productsand has worked directly with formulators, contract manufacturers, or brands in the pest control industry.
This position can be remote and may be based inside or outside of the United States. However, it requires regular travel to manufacturing facilities, testing labs, and suppliers for product development, trials, and production oversight.
What You'll Do
- Lead development and sourcing of natural and conventional pest control products (sprays, concentrates, traps, and devices).
- Collaborate with formulators, testing labs, and contract manufacturers to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.
- Translate product briefs into EPA 25(b)-compliant formulations that meet efficacy, cost, and consumer expectations.
- Conduct on-site pilot runs, production trials, and quality evaluations with manufacturing partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, technical documentation, and certification processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with regulatory, packaging, and marketing teams to deliver launch-ready products.
- Stay ahead of category trends, ingredient innovations, and changes in EPA / FIFRA regulations.
