We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to lead culinary operations and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This role combines leadership, creativity, and operational management to ensure an exceptional dining experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Culinary Leadership :

Oversee food preparation and kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of recipes and standards.

  • Develop and execute menus that align with company standards, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.

Team Management :

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure professional growth and high morale.
  • Operational Efficiency :

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet budgetary goals.
  • Quality Control :

    Ensure all dishes meet established presentation, taste, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address guest feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences and fostering a positive kitchen culture.
  • Education & Certifications :

  • Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Food Safety Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe) is highly desirable.
