The Job
As a Concierge Team Member, you will be the first, and often last, contact with all of our clients. Your goal will be to give those clients the best possible experience by providing exemplary customer service. You will take ownership of your work and space, making sure the workplace is ready for success – keeping it on-track, organized, informed, drama-free, and ready for any challenge.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work Saturday & Sunday
- Answering phones / Patient outreach
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Communicating necessary schedule changes
- Greeting and interacting with patients and guests in the lobby
- Excellent customer service both in person and on calls
- Sales over the phone
- Customer education
- Maintaining provider schedule (bookings, downtime, education)
