  • Be the communication champion, ensuring smooth collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and anyone else who's in the loop.
  • Deliver regular project updates-no surprises here, just clarity and confidence.
  • Oversee quality control, making sure every deliverable is excellent.
  • Wrap things up with post-project reviews, gathering insights for even better results next time.
  • Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest in software development methodologies and tools.
  • Help drive continuous improvement and innovation within our team.
  • Basic Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Budget management experience, including cost tracking and resource allocation.
