Space planner Jobs in Washington, DC

The Puyenpa family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking Space Planning Support based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of four months with the possibility of being extended. Pre Employment Drug Screen will be Required.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting our efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include :

• Assist Government staff with performing walkthroughs of buildings on the White House Complex and conducting room and space surveys.
• Assist in reading, updating, and editing floorplans and drawings and space allocation records.
• Assist in inputting data into Microsoft Excel and updating floor plans in AutoCAD
• Contractor shall observe and document space- and room-related information during space surveys.
• Assist in gathering space requirements from Government staff and stakeholders.
