Job Summary
This position is based at the RCP campus for the 2025-2026 school year. As part of our district's long-term planning efforts, the RCP site is expected to consolidate with Roseland University Prep (RUP) in the 2026-2027 school year. While the position is not designated as temporary, applicants should be aware that the position and site assignments may shift as part of this transition.
Now Offering a Signing Bonus!
Roseland School District is offering a one-time signing bonus for eligible newly hired certificated employees in hard-to-fill positions for the 2025-2026 school year. Bonus amounts vary by credential type and assignment, including :
6,000-$8,000 for fully credentialed candidates
5,000 for interns
4,000 for candidates with qualifying permits
8,000 for eligible bilingual-authorized positions
Payout Schedule : The bonus is paid in three installments-September, January, and May-following acceptance of an offer and commencement of paid service. Temporary certificates (TCCs) and 30-day substitute permits do not qualify.
