We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC . The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. This role primarily involves assisting truck drivers who call in with various truck-related issues.
Shifts : 8am-5pm
12pm-9pm
12am-8am
Compensation :
Pay rate is $20+ per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to truck problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a high call center environment, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
