Position Summary

As the Assistant Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our playcare center. You’ll work closely with the Director to oversee daily activities, support staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for children and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing the daily operations of the playcare center.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care and engagement with children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Help plan and implement creative activities and programs for children.
• Ensure the playcare center maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Address any concerns or questions from parents in a professional and friendly manner.
