GENERAL SUMMARY :
Under general supervision, the Event Coordinator is an integral member of the Events team serving as a support role for the team and for the overall organization. Additionally, this team member must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a clear focus on high quality investor and attendee support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
WORKING CONDITIONS : This work is performed in a moderately noisy office environment, which can include stressful situations. Currently GLI is operating on a hybrid work schedule with the opportunity to work in office and virtually. This position may require occasional work outside of traditional hours, but we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
The incumbent will be required to pass a background check in accordance with our hiring practices and must be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s / he encounters.
