A Typical Day

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of trade shows and other events. You will work closely with the sales team and the Sr. Program Manager to ensure that events are successful and generate leads.

The TPO Event Specialist will :

• Event Coordination :

Coordinate with event contacts to gather shipping information and required paperwork

Create comprehensive event briefs to guide the sales team

Track and manage swag inventory, initiate reorders as needed

Manage and track the trade show budget
