Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.

Ensure timely payment of all outstanding bills to vendors and suppliers.

Prepare weekly or bi-weekly payment runs.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Handle vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain and update accounts payable files and records.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.

Track and manage any vendor credits or outstanding balances.

Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely resolution.

Assist with internal and external reporting requests related to accounts payable.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payment information.
