Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech and language abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to enhance communication skills in patients.

Collaborate with educators and parents to support pediatric patients in school settings.

Provide early intervention services to address speech and language delays.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.

Stay updated on advancements in speech therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

SLPs : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)

SLPAs : Successful completion of SLPA Certificate Program

Strong knowledge of language development and communication development techniques

Experience in patient assessment and care

Familiarity with early intervention strategies

Strong ability to form relationships with families and establish rapport within families

Preferred experience in pediatric settings and school environments

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : From $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours : No more than 40 per week

Qualifications

Prefer 1-yr experience treating Communication Disorders

Strong CFY Candidates considered

Experience in treating Dysphagia preferred

Flexible mindset, curious, and solutions oriented

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to productively work independently and in a team setting

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA certification required
