Through evidence-based, in-home therapy and empowering families with actionable knowledge, we unlock the communication skills that shape lifelong success. As leaders in our field, we don't just provide therapy; we build strong, supportive communities by connecting with parents on a personal level and guiding them through their child's journey. Join us in driving meaningful change and creating lasting impact, one family at a time.

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.

Why Work With Us?

As part of our growing practice, you’ll have the opportunity to provide  in-home therapy  (or at a variety of locations), creating a lasting impact in a comfortable and familiar setting for the families we serve.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Learning : We value  purposeful learning  and the importance of staying at the forefront of our field. Our culture thrives on collaboration, support, and the opportunity for  continuous growth —ensuring that you always have the resources and encouragement you need to expand your knowledge and skills.
  • Work-Life Balance : We understand the need for flexibility. That's why we offer  customizable scheduling  so that you can achieve that perfect balance between your work and personal life, giving you time to focus on what truly matters.
  • Tailored Caseloads : While most of your caseload will involve children aged 0-3 years, we are continually expanding our services and contracts. We want to hear about  your interests , your goals, and what you’re passionate about learning. This is a place where you can truly shape your career path.
  • Supportive and Challenging Environment : We believe in  building a team  that is both  supported and challenged  to reach their full potential. We know that the success of our company, the happiness of our team, and, most importantly, the outcomes for our families, depend on creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Passion-driven SLPs and SLPAs : You’re someone who feels driven by the desire to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
  • Collaborative Spirit : You understand that the best outcomes are achieved when we work together as a team.
  • Eager Learner : You are motivated by opportunities for growth and excited to be part of a practice that values continued education and skill development.
  • Flexible and Adaptable : You’re looking for a position that allows you to tailor your work to meet the needs of the children and families you serve, while having the support you need along the way.
  • Our Commitment to You :

  • Growth Opportunities : You will receive mentorship, guidance, and professional development to help you grow as a clinician and stay ahead of the curve in speech-language pathology.
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits : We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and performance incentives to recognize your hard work and dedication.
  • Team-Centered Culture : Our team is our most important asset. We value each and every member of our team, fostering an environment of mutual respect, encouragement, and teamwork.
  • Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're a passionate, motivated SLP or SLPA who believes in empowering children and families to thrive, we’d love to hear from you. At  Now You’re Talking Speech-Language Pathology , you’ll join a company that not only values your clinical skills but also recognizes the importance of your overall well-being and work-life balance.
