  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational and physical therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans.
  • Provide education for both patients and their families to support progression and success beyond the clinic.
  • Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring continuity and quality of care throughout each patient's journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation following all state, federal, and organizational regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and education to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if ASHA certification has not been achieved.
  • Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferred : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Skills

  • Proven proficiency in evidence-based treatments across the lifespan, with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to tailor therapy methods to suit diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate clinical challenges effectively.
  • Competence in utilizing electronic medical records while adhering to documentation standards.
  • Benefits

  • Attractive compensation based on experience.
  • Flexible scheduling options, supporting a healthy work-life balance with varied patient caseloads.
  • Opportunities for specialization in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric services.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefits.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available.
  • Support for continuing education and professional development, including reimbursement for relevant courses.
  • A collaborative atmosphere focused on quality care and lifelong learning.
  • A Journey of Growth Awaits You

In this role, you won't just deliver therapy - you'll become woven into a community that is committed to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and creating joy through daily interactions. You will collaborate with a team that treats one another like family, in a workplace that champions collective success over competition. Each patient has a narrative waiting to be shaped, and you will play a pivotal role in guiding that story.
