Sr. Director of Information Technology

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Services or Computer Management required, Master's degree (MA) preferred, and at least five to seven years of related experience managing one or more major information processing functions, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  A minimum of three years of management experience
• Advanced working understanding of the information technology environment
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology
• Knowledge of financial / business analysis techniques
• Develops requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology, ability to read, analyze and interpret technology periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
• Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Proficient with various Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
