Job descriptionDesire to officiate baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games Be open and willing to be trained on officiating baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games Experience in officiating preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators Ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities :
- Officiate sports games, ensuring fair play and enforcing rules
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Know general rules of baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports
- Be flexible to adjust rules based on individual park or league rules
- Ensure the safety of all participants during sports events
