This position offers a mission-driven environment focused on employee health and safety across multiple industries.Practice / Position Highlights : Provide comprehensive occupational health services including pre-employment physicals, injury evaluation and treatment, DOT exams, and regulatory testing Collaborate with employers, case managers, and safety officers on return-to-work and injury prevention strategies Deliver care to employees in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and municipal sectors Monday Friday schedule with no night or weekend call Supported by dedicated nursing, administrative, and employer relations teams Qualifications : Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Occupational Medicine Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification, or willingness to obtain within six months Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT), or willingness to obtain within six months Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or industrial health preferred Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary range : $200,000 $250,000 Eligible for sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid time off and CME allowance Relocation assistance available About the Area : Rochester, NY offers a high quality of life with affordable living, natural beauty, and a vibrant cultural scene.
