About Our Hospital

BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is on providing quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients.

Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses, and plans of care.

Formulate treatment goals and develop effective plans.

Provide physical therapy interventions to patients and measure outcomes.

Develop and carry out discharge plans.

Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students.

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy.

Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.

CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an acute care hospital and / or rehabilitation facility as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
