As a membership producer, you’ll ensure we’re providing the BEST content to our audience and members. You’ll have ownership of your own set of shows / productions.

This is a creative first role, and the team will rely on you to keep the content fun and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Working with the team to produce high-quality content for our membership shows.
• Analyzing KPIs and channel performance to recommend the best course of action.
• Working closely with leadership to create content strategy for the membership and various shows.
• Ensuring the production schedule stays consistent and that team members are in the right place at the right time.
• Helping with the execution of content, both on sets and in pre-production, especially for member content.
• Working hands-on with your shows video editor to bring your show to life in a high-quality, analytically backed form.
• Improving the paid member experience.
