Job descriptionAn expert in the wellness department can assess customers' needs and direct them to products that fit those specific needs. Educate customers on how recommended products work and why it was recommended for their needs. Stay up to date on current health and wellness industry standards and topics. Assist customers with their supplements and health-related questions. Express sympathy and understanding when working with customers who share their physical and emotional concerns. Assist with backstock organization and cleaning of all wellness products. Clean, face, organize and replenish shelves in the wellness department. Light janitorial duties. Provide excellent customer service experience. How Youll Thrive :
We are looking for someone with specific knowledge in Sports Nutrition. Must have prior nutrition and wellness education, background, or experience. Experience as a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Dietitian, or personal experience with Body Building preferred. Must be well versed in vitamin, mineral, and sports nutrition supplementation and have a desire to learn about herbs and natural remedies to nourish and support the body's natural ability to improve.
Must be able to address health concerns with the use of these supplements to assist our customers better and their health needs or goals. Our Sports Nutrition Specialist must be an expert in sports nutrition and have an expert level of knowledge of all supplements, and medicines that we offer at Good Earth Markets and will be able to explain how they can be used to improve one's health, as you will be directing customers to these products based on their health needs.
