Job description
We’re partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a talented Marketing Campaign Analyst to support a remote team. This temporary role spans approximately 10 to 26 weeks, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to multi-channel marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Campaign Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including setting objectives and defining target audiences.
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and management of campaigns within the marketing calendar.
- Measure campaign performance through comprehensive analytics, making mid-course adjustments and reporting on return on investment.
- Support the adoption of new marketing technologies within digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and optimize campaign results.
Marketing Campaign Analyst Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or related fields.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets, including unstructured data.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, or Redpoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns and translating data into insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines reliably.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and motivation.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with Tableau, Denodo, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with customer lifetime value, churn prediction, or next-best-action modeling.
