Job descriptionManaging monthly project invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborating with clients to address billing inquiries and ensure prompt payment. Assisting the Controller with month-end close tasks, including general ledger work, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Tracking and maintaining company credit card transactions and expenses. Preparing weekly cash forecast reports to support financial planning. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in construction or project billing. Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills. Salary : $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package with bonus potential.
