Our client, an up-and-coming software solutions company located in the West Loop of Chicago, IL, is looking for a Parcel Auditor to help continue their pattern of growth. This person will be responsible for auditing the entire international shipping process and offering support to their clients.

As a Parcel Auditor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their parcel management system. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to start a career in logistics and technology.

You will review, verify, and track shipments using our cutting-edge software tools to ensure timely and accurate parcel delivery and data entry. You will work alongside a supportive team that fosters growth and development in the tech and logistics space. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with 3 or more days onsite every week.

Parcel Auditor Responsibilities :

• Verify parcel data against tracking information to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and track shipments using software platforms to confirm delivery timelines
• Identify discrepancies, missing parcels, or incorrect data and escalate as needed
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that parcel information is accurately logged into the system
• Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, to resolve issues related to parcel delivery
• Assist in generating reports on parcel audits and performance metrics
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of parcel audits
