Our growth-oriented healthcare industry client in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist, who can help the pharmaceutical division support national business needs, grow into new markets and provide exceptional leadership to pharmacy staff and other team members.
If you have experience with direct pharmacy staff management, non-sterile and sterile compounding practices, pharmacy compliance and regulatory requirements, high volume and deadline sensitive workflow, distribution, production, and inventory management you could be a great fit for this role.
The ability to work independently, be self-directed, build and manage staff and schedules, align with evolving business needs, ensure proper follow-through as per the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge is vital for professional success in the organization.
This position requires experience with and understanding of TSBP rules and regulations, USP guidelines and pharmacy SOPs.
Qualifications include :
PharmD or RPh degree
Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing
IV / Sterile Compounding certification required
Minimum 2 years’ compounding experience required
