Job descriptionDesign and develop training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructional videos. Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy. Review and revise content to ensure it meets quality standards and is easily understood by the target audience. Provide support and guidance to users through training sessions and documentation. Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in technical writing and training development. Proficiency in using documentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the software or technology industry. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
