A company is looking for a Lead UX Writer (Remote - Work from Anywhere). Key Responsibilities Define and own the Content Design System and Voice & Tone guidelines for the mobile application Drive execution of end-to-end content design, crafting microcopy and instructional text for financial transactions Conduct research to validate terminology and improve user experience based on data analysis Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX Writing or Content Design, preferably in Fintech or Cryptocurrency Proven track record of enhancing complex applications to improve usability and conversion rates Experience working in regulated environments, balancing legal requirements with user clarity Strong portfolio demonstrating effective user journeys and simplified financial language Familiarity with accessibility standards and mobile-first design patterns
