Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Development & Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Illinois region to expand the company’s client base.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis & Strategy : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless staffing operations and delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Travel : Travel across Illinois for client meetings, business development, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Sales Reporting & Targets : Meet or exceed sales goals, track performance, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and opportunities.
