Position Overview :
The Legal Billing Manager will manage the Billing team and the entire e-billing cycle and ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. The Legal Billing Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with billing services.
Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Manager :
- Oversee the team and preparation, submission, and follow-up of e-bills through various e-billing platforms.
- Promptly address any discrepancies or rejections.
- Liaise with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing to clients.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports to track the firm's revenue and billing efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Provide guidance and training to the e-billing team on e-billing systems and procedures.
