About the Position :
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. You will play a critical role in supporting people operations initiatives as we grow the company.
This opportunity is based in our Boston office on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full cycle recruiting for across various roles and levels including technical and non-technical.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies.
- Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Drive employer branding efforts.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires joining VideaHealth.
- Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with other people operations initiatives as they arise.
