At Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home infusion nursing services to patients with rare and autoimmune conditions. As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by managing patient intake, nurse scheduling, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient intake by reviewing referrals, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate nurse scheduling based on therapy timelines and patient needs
Match and confirm nurses for patient visits and handle coverage adjustments when scheduling conflicts arise
Communicate professionally with pharmacies, nurses, and internal team members
Maintain accurate documentation of intake, scheduling, and staffing updates
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Reliable computer and internet access, and a quiet workspace suitable for professional calls
Consistent availability during core hours (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday)
Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive patient information is a plus
